Quartz

Quartz is defined by a strong material presence. Composed and assured in expression, it brings a sense of stability and confidence to a space.

Settled tones

Six colours form a palette rooted in mineral references, ranging from light chalk and a sand-inspired shade to deeper greys and anthracite. Warm and cool tones sit in natural balance, creating a colour range that feels grounded, understated and enduring. Subtle variations from tile to tile introduce tonal nuance, enriching the surface without disrupting its coherence. These shifts create depth within the colour field, reinforcing the material character of Quartz while allowing the surface to remain composed and assured.

Sizes Quartz

The Quartz tiles come in different shapes and sizes. Click on the size to see the available colours.

Surfaces and applications

The smooth, matt tiles (V) in the Quartz series are suitable for almost every interior. The series also features tiles with a textured structure (relief: RQ). These tiles have a rougher feel, giving them greater anti-slip properties and making them ideal for spaces and applications where this is required.

Quartz accessories

In addition to wall tiles and floor tiles, Quartz offers a matcing skirting board.

Quartz tile patterns

Our tiles are modular. This makes it easy to create a number of different patterns. These tile patterns create an interplay of lines on floors and walls. This can create a subdued or bold look, or a linear or edgy aesthetic. Use our examples or create the desired effect by designing your own pattern with the use of our Pattern Generator.

Strength carried
through texture

Texture defines Quartz. Fine and coarse grains of natural clay come together with crystalline particles, creating a robust and tactile surface. A subtle sparkle catches the light, adding depth and richness. Variation emerges naturally through the distribution of grains, introducing subtle directional gradations that give each tile its own distinct balance.

Clarity through scale

Quartz is available in a single 60 x 60 cm format. This deliberate choice focuses attention on the material itself, allowing texture, colour and tactility to take centre stage. The balanced proportion provides a clear and versatile foundation across a wide range of architectural applications. By concentrating the series in one format, Quartz achieves a sense of clarity and purpose. This balanced proportion allows its robust character and subtle refinement to come forward naturally.

The mark of making

At Mosa, making begins with a quiet conviction: that material does more when it is allowed to act freely. In ceramics, form takes shape in the press, where clay in various grain sizes settles under gravity and pressure according to its own intrinsic logic. Each element finds its place within the mold, guided by weight, movement and chance. Small shifts occur naturally, creating subtle variation. Each tile carrying its own unrepeatable formation.

Assured performance

Quartz is developed for demanding use. Its ceramic composition resists wear, scratching and changing conditions, allowing the surface to maintain its appearance over time.

Available in smooth (V) and relief (RQ) surfaces, Quartz responds to different functional requirements while retaining the same robust material expression. Easy to maintain and built for everyday use, it delivers lasting performance without compromising its material character.

Matching details

A matching skirting element completes the Quartz series. Designed in the same material expression as the tiles, it provides a clear and consistent finish at floor-to-wall transitions, supporting the robust character of the surface.

Sustainability as a shared responsibility

Longevity is addressed not only in how a surface performs over time, but also in how it is made and what it leaves behind. Guided by the Cradle to Cradle principles, material health, circularity, environmental responsibility, and social fairness are approached as one continuous system. For example, reducing the tile thickness without compromising on quality contributes to a smaller environmental footprint.

Mosa tiles are Cradle to Cradle Certified® Full Scope Gold, supporting widely recognised sustainable building standards. Shared dimensions and precise tolerances ensure seamless integration across floors and walls, allowing surfaces to extend without interruption.
