We encourage everyone, employees and business partners, to raise concerns about any situation that may violate our values, principles, or the law. Examples include:

Harassment, discrimination, or bullying
Abuse of power or conflicts of interest
Fraud, corruption, or other non-compliance

By speaking up, you help us maintain a safe, respectful, and ethical workplace.

How to raise a concern

Speak Up is available 24/7, 365 days a year. Here’s how it works:

1.      Submit your report via the webform. You have the option to remain anonymous. Start a report: click here
2.      Describe your concern clearly (who, what, when, how) and add supporting evidence, such as documents or names of witnesses. Please note: general statements cannot be investigated.
3.      Receive your case number after submission. You’ll need this number each time you access the system.
4.      We take every report seriously and will take appropriate action. We’ll keep you informed on progress.
5.      Track progress anytime by logging back into the website using your case number.


Protection and trust

Mosa strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern. We also protect the rights of all involved parties.
