The rapid spread of COVID-19 around the world has had a great impact on all of us. We understand that this situation may raise questions. In this short announcement, we would like to make clear how Mosa has reacted to recent developments and what this could possibly mean for you as our client.
People’s health is our priority and we are following the recommendations of the local and international health authorities. So far, we have succeeded in safeguarding our business activities. Despite the challenges of the current situation, we aim to continue being your dedicated partner in the best possible way. At the same time, we are doing everything we can to secure the safety of our employees and clients.
Shipments remain on schedule
By adjusting the way we work in various parts of our organization, the employees of our commercial, logistics, and production departments can remain fully operational. Operational shipments currently remain on schedule and there has been minimum impact on our deliveries. We are in constant communication with our international teams as well as third parties, such as logistic companies, and we are actively monitoring any developments.
We will stay in touch
Our showrooms in Maastricht and London will stay closed until at least April 6. However, our sampling and wallet services will remain operational, which means that you can still continue to select your tiles. If you would like to discuss the possibilities of a product for your project or need support, please contact us by phone, email, or whatever digital communication tool you prefer. Our corporate office remains fully operational. While many of our employees currently work from home, our teams are highly motivated to keep working for you. Below you will find a brief overview of online services that can support you wherever you are.

As things stand, there is no reason at this stage to assume that services will be seriously compromised. However, the situation is changing constantly and rapidly. We will keep a close eye on recent events and announcements, and will keep you informed. Please be assured of our continuous drive to support you in the best possible way.
