The rapid spread of COVID-19 around the world has had a great impact on all of us, and we understand that this situation may raise questions. In this announcement, we would like to make clear how Mosa has reacted to recent developments and what this could possibly mean for our partners.
First and foremost, the health and well-being of our employees and our clients remains a top priority, as we continue to follow the recommendations of local and international health authorities. Despite the challenges of the current situation, we aim to remain your dedicated partner in the best way possible.
We will stay in touch
While many of our employees currently work from home in order to minimize the spread of COVID-19, our teams are highly motivated to keep working for you. Our showrooms in Maastricht and London will stay closed until at least April 6th, 2020. However, our sampling services remain operational, so you can continue to submit sample requests for your project needs. If you would like to discuss the possibilities of a product for your project or need support, please contact us by phone, email, or whichever digital communication tool you prefer. Below you will find a brief overview of online services that can support you wherever you are.
Shipments remain on schedule
Due to our adjusted way of working in various parts of our organization, our commercial, logistics and production departments remain fully operational, as is our factory. Shipments currently remain on schedule and deliveries have been minimally impacted. We are in constant communication with our international teams as well as third parties, such as logistic companies, and we are actively monitoring any developments that arise.
Finally
As things stand, there is no reason to assume that services will be seriously compromised or will impact our ability to deliver for our clients and partners. Should we foresee this changing in any way, you will be notified in advance. Please be assured of our continuous drive to support you in the best possible way. To support fast track projects, we offer our QuickShip program. We stock our most popular items in larger quantities at our warehouse in Charleston, SC. Reserved inventory at our factory in Maastricht allows us to monitor and replenish US stock on a weekly basis.
