Mosa announces expansion in the USA
Mosa USA have announced the expansion of their sales and architectural support teams. According to Vice President, Sales of Mosa USA, Stephen Brooke, “We’ve been creating and nurturing Mosa’s relationships with increasing numbers of leading specifiers and influencers across important contract design sectors in America. As our reach expands, we want to underscore our commitment to offering dedicated, top notch technical and specification support with a personal touch.” Brooke has restructured his team with changes including two promotions and four new hires in sales and customer care.
The expanded team now includes:
Andrew Bertrand: Previously an Architectural Sales Consultant for Mosa in the NYC market, is now taking on the role of Corporate Account Manager, USA. Andrew will be partnering directly with national retail, hospitality, and food service brands along with Mosa’s extensive distribution network to focus on and serve multi-unit projects national in scope.
Celeste Gilbert: Previously an Architectural Sales Consultant for Mosa in Washington DC, is now Regional Sales Manager, Northeastern US. Celeste will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in New York, Boston, Chicago and Washington, DC. markets.
Alicia Deck: Architectural Sales Consultant, Dallas
Dana Sauntry: Architectural Sales Consultant, Houston
Mosa’s ASC team serves the contract design community: architects, designers, general contractors, developers, fabricators and installers. They educate and act as consultants on all projects, present informational lunch-and-learns and teach Mosa’s certified Continuing Education courses, update architectural libraries with Mosa’s reference tools and respond to client needs throughout the entire specification lifecycle.
Maria Gomez and Nicola Campbell: Customer Care, New York
Mosa’s Customer Care team serve as Project managers, providing logistical and customer care support to the clients of the ASC team, assuring a smooth and seamless experience in all phases of the specification process.
